tory dipietro

Tory DiPietro is a self-taught artist who began working with her main medium, neon in 2017. Neon - often presented on hand-crafted mounts made of what most would consider detritus and other inventive surfaces - is the multi-sensory conduit into dimensions where the past, present, and, future exist together in a physical space. Her artwork bends the laws of physics, allows others to understand their existence, and find peace in light. She's been featured in solo and group exhibitions, film and video, as well as received support from the Department of Cultural Affairs and LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes. Check out her installation “The Light at the End of the Tunnel - Heart of Los Angeles” downtown in the 3rd Street Tunnel. Instagram.
